"Suppliers" includes banks, building societies, mortgage originators, mortgage managers, credit unions, lenders, mortgage brokers, insurance providers and other service providers involved in assessing or facilitating your finance application.

1. Verifying your identity in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

2. Assessing your application for credit and providing credit assistance in accordance with applicable laws, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

3. Providing your information to lenders and other relevant suppliers to assess and process your finance application.

4. Collecting information necessary to understand your financial circumstances, requirements and objectives.

5. Administering our relationship with you and responding to enquiries.

6. Conducting internal reporting, compliance, analytical and administrative activities.

7. Providing information to our aggregator and licensee, Loanworx Group Licencing Pty Ltd, where required to provide our services and meet regulatory and compliance obligations.

8. Providing or obtaining consumer or commercial credit information from credit reporting bodies where permitted by law.

9. Providing your information to mortgage insurers, brokers, lenders, originators, managers, financial consultants, accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and other parties involved in your finance application or property transaction where appropriate.

10. Providing your information to government agencies or other parties where required or authorised by law.

11. Providing your information to service providers and contractors who assist with operating our business, including technology, administration, marketing and other support services.

12. Using your information for direct marketing where permitted by law and where you have not opted out.

We may disclose your information to Loanworx, lenders, credit providers, credit reporting bodies, mortgage insurers, service providers and other parties where reasonably required to provide credit assistance, process your application, meet legal obligations or otherwise provide services to you.

Some service providers may be located overseas.

We will only collect, use and disclose your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our obligations as a Credit Representative of Loanworx.
